Charisma Bobblehead and Lorenzo’s Artifact Gun
The Secret of Cabot House Quest chain is one of the most thrilling side Quests in Fallout 4 charisma bobblehead. Getting over this chain can connect you to a Charisma Bobblehead, along with a great radiation tool known as Lorenzo’s Artifact, which aims at killing humans. Begin this quest by heading to Bunker Hill, take the picture above. Based on one more tripthere, you should meet up a man called Edward Deegan in the bar in the back. He’ll send you a quest named ‘Special Delivery’. If you receive this, you’re on your way to getting this chain already done. Cabot House will be signed on your map. Let’s check it out!

Quest: Special Delivery
Venture to Cabot House (ask the one manning the intercom you’re expected), where you’ll see Jack Cabot and listen to his mysterious theories. You’ll be guided to travel to Parsons State Insane Asylum and catch up with the head of the guards there, in order to find and locate a lostluggage. Before you leave, go upstairs bedrooms where you can find out a Massachusetts Surgical Journal lying on a closet.

The Fallout 4 charisma bobblehead we want is lying inside this Asylum, but we can’t take it until the final level of this quest. See the guard Captain, Maria. She’ll show you they know where the package Cabot locates - of course; it’s being established by some Raiders.
Bring out the few Raiders at the Parsons Creamery, and then it’s off to Cabot House to follow the chain. Give Deegan the Serum and he’ll giveyou some extra caps as a reward - you can of course lie, but you shouldn’t

Quest: Emogene Takes a Lover
You can optionally enter Goodneighbor and The Third Rail there to look around about Emogene, or you can head directly to Charles View Amphitheater, mapped above. It’s not far away from Cabot House that muchsokeeps walking.
You probably won’t want to give Brother Thomas - the man you find - all your properties. Control him how you will, but at least seem exciting so he brings you to his office. If you get over a speech check, you can make him scream out of this nonsense. For people who still think, there is no point to participate - he just asks you to move out of his office after taking your gear and leaving you alone, forcing you to murder him barehanded. Emogene is locked in behind of his office, so you don’t have much time to choose.
Get the key off his corpse quickly or select the door for XP, then talk to Emogene. Might as well own the Amphitheater before you get back to Cabot House. There’s a mini-nuke in the initial area of the amphitheater as well as some other valuables.
At the Cabot House, you can adopt a bit more about the Serum and the family members. You’ll get a quest to turn back to the Parsons State Insane Asylum.

The Secret of Cabot House
Head back to the Asylum. Come here prepared for a next fight, though not one as worse as it’s made out to be - they’re just Raiders, after all. The most initial loot here is a few samples of the Serum, which you can get for yourself, along with theFallout 4 charisma bobblehead in Jack’s office. When you go nearly to the end, seek a Massachusetts Surgical Journal in Lorenzo Cabot’s Cell. A Syringe can be looked up if you search it thoroughly, and I found a Raider with a Deathclaw Gauntlet (dangerous weapon).
Cabot will show you the way, but don’t let him rush you. He’ll wait if you crumble behind, and there’s no time left. There are some vacancy rooms that have some needs you might offer, along with a few locks to choose. Cabot controls himself pretty well, I have to say. Once in Cabot’s office, take the Charisma Bobblehead. Outside this office, in an old cabinet, you can find a Cell Key that may come in handy for you later. Anyway, once the room full of Raiders is cleaned up, you’ll go to an isolated wing of the Asylum and be on your way to Lorenzo.
When you enter this hall, get into the last room on the left (Jack goes right) to find a Springer Rifle, which you can loot ammo for at the Chemistry Station. Other rooms have crafted as well, so look up more if you like. Fight through the halls, then finally transfer the elevator with Cabot.

Should you Murder or Release Lorenzo?
There are many options and roads to completing this quest, but two main results that benefit a player. Do notice that there are a few Serums to be found in the area around Lorenzo’s cell.
-
Do as Cabot Says - Kill Lorenzo
Killing Lorenzo results in a ‘proper’ finish to this quest, I suppose. Once this Jack instructs you to, flip all these four of switches in the room outside chamber of Lorenzo. He’ll be killed, and you’ll get to talk to Jack. Push the button to open the door first and strip the man naked while taking his pork and beans/medical journal - too bad you can’t take the helmet. Anyway, be positive to Jack and get a better reward.
After a week in-game, you’ll be given the Lorenzo’s Artifact gun when you visit Jack (likely back at the Insane Asylum) - a special modification to a gamma gun, which doesn’t deal radiation damage but rather knocks the enemies back (the special modifier) while still dealing direct damage. The weapon can be modified to deal with radiation damage directly, but loses its huge knockback - so you made it a gamma gun. It shines against humans, but useless against most everything else.
-
Should you Betray Jack and Free Lorenzo Cabot?
Releasing, siding with Lorenzo maybe require you to kill Cabot family, except Lorenzo. Talk to him after you push the button next to his cell, and ask about a reward. You won’t get the gun and will return to the manse to kill the family and spare Lorenzo. Maybe these Cabots have lived for a long time, but Lorenzo does seem the psychopath he has described.
Your reward for freeing Lorenzo is a lifetime supply of the Serum. Every time you run out, Lorenzo will provide another for you - one at a time. Annoying. Its effect is healing radiation over time while boosting the strength by 5. Players who are melee may be very interested in this option. Additionally, you can find the Zeta Gun on Jack Cabot’s corpse. This is a crappy model of the normal Gamma Gun which you can modify it back to normal. So the true unique weapon here is Lorenzo’s Artifact.
I did take the first route (Kill Lorenzo) and later found the Zeta Gun sitting on Jack’s table in the lab. Completionists may like this and should check to see if it’s available to them, as well.
